The green economy can be used as an engine to drive American innovation and provide millions of new jobs--but it won't just magically appear.  We can jump start it with visionary policies to scale up exciting programs like a Clean Energy Corps, a Green-Collar Training Program, and Pathways Out of Poverty initiatives.
